We recognize the need to thank our supporters for their loyalty! Our VIP Program rewards those who continually contribute to our goal of helping the most individuals possible with their real estate dreams.
Throughout the year, our VIPs will receive invitations to different special events like the VIP party (video below) or themed events to entertain the kids and reward the adults (think mimosas!), prizes in the mail, goodies during the holidays, and many more perks!
The program is easy – all you have to do is hire us, refer us, and/or review us to earn points. At the end of the year, at our Client Appreciation Party (see the video of our 2018 party highlights below!), we will raffle off some excellent prizes – examples have included iPads, drones, Sonos speakers, and more!
Once you’ve closed with us on a transaction, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the program for the next 3 years! After each referral you send us, you’ll be enrolled for the next 2 years!
Additionally, each time you hire us, refer us, or review us, you’ll earn points as follows, to redeem for entries for the raffle drawing:
Hire us – 10 points
Refer us – 5 points
Review us – 3 points

*Please note the following definitions:
Hire – Execute a buyer or listing agreement with our Team. Each agreement merits an award of 10 points. No limit.
Refer – Send us contact information for the referral, or have them call us (contact must be made). Each referral merits an award of 5 points. No limit.
Review – Reviews must be made online via Zillow, Yelp, Google (or similar), written as a short testimonial paragraph, or filmed. Each review merits an award of 3 points. No limit.
